FAQ's
Does my baby need a ticket?
Non-walking infants can attend for a reduced fee.
I can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable.
Is there buggy parking and baby changing facilities?
Buggies aren’t allowed on the dance floor, but every venue has a free buggy park and a baby change area. Please bring any baby food you may require.

Will it be dark? What lighting do you use?
We use club-style lighting, moving coloured lights, LED screens, and strobes. Please allow your eyes to adjust on entry, and remind kids not to run.
What age children is this for?
The experience is especially geared toward children 0–12 but 13-15 year olds are welcome with a teen ticket. Unfortunately due to venue restrictions 16 and 17 year old's aren't permitted at this event.
Will the music be too loud for my baby / child?
Music is safe for all ages but still loud enough to party to. We offer a limited number of children's ear defenders. These can be rented at cost from the merch stand, but please feel free to bring your own if this is a concern.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible including ramp access. If you have further questions about mobility issues please email punkrpd@gmail.com.
